Today, Communities United for Police Reform (CPR), partner orgnaizations, including BMC, and concerned citizens from around the city will join forces at a rally at City Hall Park to advocate for the passing of the Community Safety Act. The package of legislation will go a long way towards real accountability and transperency for the NYPD.
